The GAA Broadcast Committee is proud to announce that we’ll be showing the Katie Taylor vs Flora Pili fight – live from Croke Park – this coming Saturday evening, September 5th.

This is slated to be Katie’s last fight. She had planned to retire as champion, but said that if a fight could be arranged at Croke Park, she’d go into the ring one last time. The promoters and the GAA came to an agreement, and the fight was on!

And it’s not a gimme! Pili is undefeated, with a 12 – 0 record, including a couple of knockouts.

So come on down and help cheer Katie to victory. There’s no admission charge, and complimentary snacks and munchies will be available. With the Sons of Erin festival slated for the following afternoon, it’s shaping up to be an awesome Labor Day weekend!

The Taylor-Pili fight is slated for a 5pm start (10pm in Crokers), though the exact time depends on how the undercard goes.
